FDA to take action against non-FDA-approved GLP-1 drugs
US Department of Health and Human Services general counsel Mike Stuart announced Friday that his office referred Hims & Hers Health. (Nasdaq: HIMS) to the US Department of Justice for investigation, a day after Novo Nordisk (NOV: N) threatened litigation over what it called the telehealth company's "knockoff" version of its popular weight loss drug Wegovy (semaglutide).
