India remains on USTR Priority Watch List in 2026 Special 301 report

India has once again been placed on the Priority Watch List in the 2026 Special 301 Report released by the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR).

The designation underscores ongoing US concerns over India’s pharmaceutical related intellectual property (IP) protection and enforcement.
