ISS supports Icahn nominees for Forest Labs board

Billionaire activist investor Carl Icahn said yesterday that Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), an influential and leading proxy advisory firm, announced its support for two of his nominees to Forest Laboratories'(NYSE: FRX) board of directors. ISS recommended that Forest shareholders vote on the Gold card for Daniel Ninivaggi and Pierre Legault, at the drugmaker’s annual meeting set to take place on August 15.
