Jaguar Health progresses crofelemer for rare intestinal failure disorders

Napo Pharmaceuticals, a Jaguar Health (Nasdaq: JAGX) company, is providing its novel crofelemer powder for oral solution for the treatment of intestinal failure (IF) in an infant patient with congenital sodium diarrhea (CSD), a condition caused by a GUCY2C gene mutation.

CSD presents significant challenges in managing nutritional and electrolyte deficiencies, particularly in pediatric patients whose growth and development are impacted.
