Joanne Anderson named Symbiosis CCO
Scotland-based contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) Symbiosis Pharmaceutical Services, a specialist in the GMP sterile fill-finish manufacturing of injectable drug products, has announced the appointment of Joanne Anderson (pictured, above) as its chief commercial officer (CCO).
With more than 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Ms Anderson brings a wealth of international pharma experience to the role, having most recently served as global key account director at Recipharm and previously worked for other global CDMOs.
The strategic appointment is also significant for Ms Anderson, who returns to Symbiosis after six years away, to lead their global commercial team.
