US healthcare major Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) reported second-quarter 2026 sales of $25.31 billion, up 6.6% on the year, with adjusted earnings per share of $2.90, a rise of 4.7%. Reported EPS slipped 0.9% to $2.27, dented by litigation and restructuring charges, but the underlying picture prompted the group to raise its full-year guidance.
Growth was led by the Innovative Medicine arm, where sales climbed 7.8% to $16.38 billion. Oncology was the standout, up 17.3% to $7.41 billion, powered by blood-cancer therapy Darzalex (daratumumab) and fast-growing newer launches. Immunology firm Tremfya (guselkumab) more than doubled to $2.05 billion. The MedTech division grew a more modest 4.5% to $8.93 billion.
