
Karyopharm Therapeutics (Nasdaq: KPTI) today reported top-line results from its Phase III SENTRY Trial in myelofibrosis that met the first co-primary endpoint, demonstrating statistically-significant improvement in spleen reduction volume.
Karyopharm also announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with RA Capital Management for a private placement that is expected to result in gross proceeds of approximately $30 million.
