Lytix Biopharma appoints Timothy Herpin as CBO

Norway based immune-oncology medicines developer Lytix Biopharma (LYTIX: OL) today announced the appointment of Timothy Herpin as chief business officer (CBO). Mr Herpin will serve on a fractional basis effective August 17, 2026.

The appointment strengthens the company’s global business development and partnering capabilities as Lytix advances its clinical programs and seeks strategic partnerships across its portfolio.
