
The biliary tract cancer market across the seven major markets is forecast to grow at a 10.1% compound annual rate through 2034, according to DelveInsight, as new targeted and immunotherapy drugs begin to reshape a field long dominated by chemotherapy.
The market was valued at $1.1 billion in 2024 across the USA, major European markets, the UK and Japan. The USA accounted for around 60% of sales. Other industry forecasts similarly project the global market to approach $1.3 billion to $1.4 billion by the early 2030s.
