Merck gains UK authorization for novel rare tumors therapy
SpringWorks Therapeutics, a subsidiary of German drugmaker Merck KGaA (MRK: DE), today announced that the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has granted marketing authorization for Ogsiveo (nirogacestat) for the treatment of adults with progressing desmoid tumors who require systemic treatment.
