
Shares of US clinical-stage company Eledon Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: ELDN) shot up 9.9% to close at $3.44 yesterday, after it announced updated data from its ongoing open-label Phase Ib trial evaluating tegoprubart for the prevention of organ rejection in kidney transplant patients. However, the stock was trading down 16.9% at $2.86 in pre-market activity today.
Results from the oral presentation, titled Tegoprubart, an Anti-CD40L Antibody, for the Prevention of Rejection in Kidney Transplantation: An Ongoing Phase Ib Study,” were presented today at the World Transplant Congress (WTC) taking place in San Francisco, California.
