Novartis delivers 3% sales growth in 2nd-qtr 2026

Shares of Swiss pharma giant Novartis (NOVN: VX) were up 2.9% at 126.68 francs by late morning following the announcement of second quarter 2026 financial results which topped analysts’ expectations.

Novartis reported its second-quarter earnings, showcasing a non-generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) earnings per share (EPS) of $2.41, which exceeded estimates by $0.26. The company's revenue reached $14.41 billion, marking a 2.6% year-over-year increase and surpassing expectations by $350 million.
