Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly, Grunenthal and Napp Pharma breach ABPI Code of Practice

The UK subsidiaries of Denmark’s Novo Nordisk (NVO. N), US drug major Eli Lilly (NYSE: LLY), Germany’s Grunenthal and the UK’s Napp Pharmaceuticals have each breached the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) Code of Practice. All three are the subject of advertisements in the medical, pharmaceutical and nursing press. In addition, Novo Nordisk has been publicly reprimanded in relation to two matters.
