
Switzerland-headquartered Oculis Holding (Nasdaq: OCS) and Spain’s privately-held Accure Therapeutic have entered into an asset purchase agreement whereby Oculis will acquire all of Accure’s worldwide development and commercial rights to privosegtor.
This acquisition will result in the termination of Oculis’ existing license agreement with Accure, including associated milestone payments and royalties for each successful indication. Oculis’ shares edged up 4.3% to $13.23 in pre-market activity today.
