Offering 'skimpy plans' and subsidies, Republicans ready for battle on Trumpcare again

Republicans in the Senate, the primary legislative body in the USA, have at last revealed their latest, secretly-drafted, proposal to replace the Affordable Care Act.

The bill including elements put forward by hard liner and failed presidential candidate Ted Cruz, including so-called ‘skimpy plans’ - bare-bones insurance coverage that falls below the minimum standards set by Obamacare.
