
The progressive pulmonary fibrosis market across the seven major markets is forecast to grow from $1.3 billion in 2025 to $2.7 billion by 2035, according to new analysis from healthcare data firm GlobalData.
The report points to a modest but increasingly active drug pipeline after years of limited innovation in fibrotic lung disease. Growth is expected to come from Boehringer Ingelheim’s newer medicine Jascayd (nerandomilast), alongside several late-stage therapies due to reach the market before 2035.
