
French pharma major Sanofi (Euronext Paris: SAN) has raised its 2026 guidance after second-quarter sales and business earnings beat expectations, helped by continued growth for Dupixent (dupilumab) and recently launched medicines.
Net sales rose 17.8% at constant exchange rates to 11.60 billion euros ($13.3 billion), ahead of IBES consensus of 11.2 billion euros, while business earnings per share (EPS) increased 33.3% to 2.09 euros, above consensus of 1.91 euros. Business operating income rose 35.8% at constant exchange rates to 3.29 billion euros.
