
French pharma major Sanofi (Euronext: SAN) reported first-quarter sales of 10.5 billion euros ($12 billion), up 6%, with business EPS of 1.88 euros ($2.20) rising 5%, reflecting continued momentum from its specialty care portfolio.
Sales rose 14% at constant exchange rates, driven by a 50% surge in launch products and strong demand for Dupixent (dupilumab), which climbed 31% to 4.2 billion euros. Vaccines posted modest growth, supported by Heplisav-B.
