
US specialty pharma firm SERB Pharmaceuticals has entered to a deal with Hansa Biopharma (Nasdaq Stockholm: HNSA) for exclusive development and commercialization rights to Idefirix (imlifidase) in the European Union, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
News of the deal pushed Hansa’s shares up 24% to 34.62 Swedish kronor.
