Spain's Esteve names new CCO for Europe

Spanish family-owned drugmaker Esteve has appointed Jordi Muntañola as the new chief commercial officer for Europe, taking on the leadership of all the pharmaceutical activities in Spain and Europe.

Dr Muntañola takes over from Joe Sullivan, who remains at the company for a few months to facilitate a smooth transition.

Dr Muntañola joined Esteve’s team in 2016 as director of pharma operational excellence, a responsibility to which, at a later stage, the management of the Consumer Care Division was added.
