Regulatory news of note last week included the US Food and Drug administration (FDA) approving two new treatments for gonorrhea – Innoviva’s Nuzolvence and GSK’s Blujepa. Research news saw positive results for Kyverna mid-stage candidate mivocabtagene-autoleucel (Miv-cel)l and new data from Eli Lilly on its obesity candidate orforglipron. Neurocrine Bioscience held an R&D Day focused on its neuroscience and endocrinology pipeline, notably direclidine and osavampator.
