Two-year data bolster Neurocrine’s Crenessity case in pediatric CAH

US biopharma Neurocrine Biosciences (Nasdaq: NBIX) has reported new two-year data for Crenessity (crinecerfont), showing sustained reductions in disease biomarkers, lower glucocorticoid dosing and improvements in clinical measures among children and adolescents with classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH).

The findings were presented at ENDO 2026, the annual meeting of the Endocrine Society, held in Chicago from June 13 to 16.
