
The Wall Street Journal Editorial Board is once again raising concerns about the USA’s federal 340B drug pricing program – this time questioning whether the program is benefiting patients at all.
The editorial follows a recent federal court ruling that blocked a North Dakota law and described how the program, originally designed to support vulnerable patients, is being misused in ways that primarily benefit hospital conglomerates and participating pharmacies.
