
The year 2013 was better for the Polish pharmaceutical distribution market than 2012, when wholesale sales to pharmacies and the retail pharmacy market both shrank in the immediate aftermath of the Reimbursement Act, a new report from Poland-based research firm PMR finds.
Titled “Distribution on the pharmaceutical market in Poland 2014. Development forecasts for 2014-2019,” the study shows that sales to hospitals have now emerged as the fastest-growing segment of pharmaceutical distribution in Poland.
