Russian oil tycoon to build pharma plant in Minsk, Belarus

20 August 2010

The Belarusian government has signed an investment agreement with MSP-oil, an oil company owned by Russian tycoon Vladimir Bryntsalov, for a pharmaceutical plant to be built in Minsk, Belarus, the local BelaPAN newspaper reported this week.
