Pharmacia Sweden AB has signed a deal with Framfab Health, a unit ofinternational Internet services company Framfab. Under the terms of their agreement, Framfab will support Pharmacia Sweden on a range of Internet-related activities. The focus will be on strategic advice and development of digital services. Carl Ola Engelmarc, director of Framfab Health, comments that drugmakers in Europe are facing tremendous challenges including altered business models and greater consumer influence, so "we will in the future see a new type of care process, where the patient, the health care provider and companies will collaborate in a new way."
