PhRMA announces leadership shake-up

The Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America has made the following changes to its leadership: Chris Singer has been promoted to president of the international section; Diane Bieri has become executive vice president and remains general counsel; Chris Badgely is assuming the role of senior VP for government and public affairs; Brian Toohey will be SVP of international affairs; Jeff May has been promoted to VP; and Bryant Hall will take over as SVP from Alan Gilbert, who leaves to start his own consulting firm.
