Poland's Treasury Ministry has reported that Prokom Investments hasexclusive rights to negotiate the terms for a stake of up to 80% in the Polfa Tarchomin pharmaceutical producer, according to the PAP news agency. The Ministry plans to sell the stake, and so privatize Polfa Tarchomin, by the end of this year. Prokom is reportedly also interested in purchasing Polpharma, based in Starogard Gdanski.
