
Medicines regulators in major international markets have issued a run of first-in-class approvals, safety communications, product recalls and one authorization suspension over the past week.
The latest round-up includes four clearances from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), safety and label action from the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in the UK, drug recalls from Health Canada, and post-marketing safety postings from Japan's Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA).
