Resignations at AEterna Zentaris
Canada-based AEterna Zentaris' president and chief executive, David Mazzo, and its senior vice president, business operations and chief business officer, Ellen MacDonald have submitted their immediate resignation from the company. Juergen Ernst, chairman of Zentaris' board will serve as an interim replacement for Mr Mazzo.
