Rolf Stahel becomes chairman of PowderMed
Rolf Stahel, who was chief executive of Shire Pharmaceuticals until he resigned after a boardroom row in March 2003, has been elected as non-executive chairman of UK immunotherapeutics developer PowderMed. Mr Stahel is also chairman of Italian biotechnology company Newron Pharmaceuticals.
