Sanofi-Aventis board reshuffle
In the first of likely more board changes at French drug major Sanofi-Aventis under new chief executive Christopher Viehbacher, Jean-Claude Leroy has been ousted as chief financial officer, to be replaced by Laurence Debroux, and Karen Linehan becomes senior vice president and general counsel, a role Mr Leroy previously held.
