Sanofi-Aventis to sell second French plant to Unither
France's Sanofi-Aventis is to sell off its plant at Colomiere to sterile liquid forms and suppository manufacturer Unither. The drug major divested its unit at Coutances in north-west France to Unither in 2002 and has now agreed terms for this second deal.
