Sareum sees future for cancer asset

UK-based Sareum Holdings (AIM: SAR), a biotech developing kinase inhibitors for autoimmune disease and cancer, has acquired the licence for SRA737 following the program’s return from an undisclosed USA-based biopharma.

SRA737 is a clinical-stage oral, selective checkpoint kinase 1 inhibitor that targets cancer cell replication and DNA damage repair mechanisms.

Gaining control of the licence puts us in a stronger position to explore potential partnerships or development opportunities
