SB launches Abreva cold sore cream in USA
SmithKline Beecham has launched a new over-the-counter cold soretreatment, called Abreva (docosanol 10% cream), in the USA. The company claims that the product, developed by Avanir Pharmaceuticals, is the first OTC cold sore medication to shorten healing time and the duration of symptoms.
