Schering AG names Detlef Olufs to supervisory board
Schering AG, which is in the process of being acquired by fellow German firm Bayer, has named Detlef Olufs to its supervisory board, succeeding Hermann-Josef Lamberti, who resigned as a result of a conflict-of-interest problem following the hostile bid for the group from Merck KGaA (Marketletters passim).
