Schering AG's Betaferon: news
- Following a European Union approval last November, Schering AG of Germany has said it will launch its multiple sclerosis drug Betaferon (interferon beta) in Germany, Sweden and Norway this month. Launches in Italy and Spain will take a little longer, according to the firm, which forecasts 1996 sales of 650 million Deutschemarks ($430 million).
