Schiapparelli Restructuring
Italian company Schiapparelli is to withdraw from the diagnosticsbusiness to concentrate on cosmetics. Its restructuring plan involves the sales of stakes in the Schiapparelli Biosystem companies to the controlling parent, Alfa Wassermann, for $3 million. The plan has been approved by the latter's board.
