SciTegic, a wholly-owned subsidiary of USA-headquartered Accelrys, has released its sequence analysis collection for its data pipelining software, Pipeline Pilot.
According to the informatics software developer, its sequence analysis collection can analyze, annotate and compare biological sequences in an environment where modular tools can be linked together to create practical bioinformatics routines, adding that it has been deployed in cheminformatics for five years.
