Scott Shively named senior VP of Alpharma
The USA's Alpharma says that Scott Shively has been appointed to the newly-created role of senior vice president, sales and marketing, after his recent assignment as interim president and chief executive of Altana Pharma US. David Whitehead has also been named vice president of Alpharma's sales. He joins the firm from Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he served as district sales manager and regional sales director in various therapeutic areas.
