- In a Phase II clinical trial with psoriasis patients, Seragen's DAB389IL-2 (interleukin-2 fusion protein) demonstrated a significant improvement compared to placebo. 44% of patients saw a 50% improvement, compared to 25% of patients who received placebo. Treated patients also exhibited better quality of life and reduced thickness of lesions. A dose-escalation study is now underway in 45 patients.
