Singapore looks set to be the first country in Asia to see the launchof Eli Lilly and ICOS Corp's Cialis (tadalafil) for erectile dysfunction, following the island republic's approval of the orally-active drug. Rival product Viagra (sildenafil) from Pfizer is the third best-selling drug in Singapore after Roche's obesity drug Xenical (orlistat) and Pfizer's cholesterol-lowerer Lipitor (atorvastatin).
