Canada's Stressgen Biotechnologies has completed the sale of its bioreagent business to Stressgen Bioreagents, a new firm funded by Ampersand Ventures, for around C$8.0 million ($6.4 million). The cash will be used to progress Stressgen's lead drug candidate, HspE7.
