
Shares in US biotech Tango Therapeutics (Nasdaq: TNGX) closed 53% higher on Monday after the company reported early data for its PRMT5 inhibitor vopimetostat in combination with Revolution Medicines’ (Nasdaq: RVMD) RAS(ON) inhibitor daraxonrasib in pancreatic cancer.
The ongoing Phase I/II study is evaluating vopimetostat-based combinations in patients with previously treated MTAP-deleted and RAS-mutant metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), as well as non-small cell lung cancer.
