Trophos choose Damian Marron as chief executive
French biopharmaceutical firm Trophos has selected Damian Marron as chief executive, replacing Antoine Beret, who will retire but retain a seat on the company's board. He joins the firm from fellow-French drug firm NicOx, where he served as executive vice president of corporate development.
