Two UCB drugs miss Ph IIa endpoints; future in doubt
UCB says that both lacosamide in migraine prophylaxis and rotigotine in fibromyalgia syndrome failed to achieve statistical significance for their primary endpoints in mid-stage trials. The Belgian drugmaker says it is currently evaluating the data to decide whether it will continue their development.
