In the UK, the Royal College of Physicians has announced that it is nowproviding free full-text on-line access to its three journals to anyone living in 75 developing countries.
The British Journal of Psychiatry, the Psychiatric Bulletin and Advances in Psychiatric Treatment are being made available free on-line to people in these countries, which have been identified from the World Bank list of lowest-income countries and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development's list of countries qualifying for Official Development Assistance, based on per capita Gross National Product.
