A partnership has been forged between the University of California, USA, and researchers in the cities of New Dehli, Bangalore and Mumbai in India to develop drugs, wireless networks and new software.
Developing drugs for malaria, tuberculosis and "neglected" diseases (Marketletters passim) is part of the group's focus. The 14-member delegation from the university will also meet with India's President APJ Abdul Kalam.
