US Court Dissolves Stay in CBC Case

- The US First Circuit Court of Appeals has dissolved a temporary stay made by the Court on September 30 (Marketletter October 14), and has denied a stay pending a request appeal made by Institut Pasteur and Pasteur Sanofi Diagnostics. This follows the District Court's upholding of Cambridge Biotech Corp's reorganization plan which was previously confirmed by the US Bankruptcy Court, which also overruled Pasteur's objections.
