US Defense Department switches to Acambis' small pox vacc
The US Department of Defense is now transitioning to use UK-based Acambis' ACAM2000 as its only smallpox vaccine. Since 2002. the DoD has used Wyeth's Dryvax but this was produced from lymph tissue not manufactured since 1982.
